These terms govern your use of Delveline. By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
What Delveline is
Delveline answers questions using The Gateway Pundit’s published archive. Answers are generated automatically and cite the articles they draw on.
Answers are a starting point, not a source. They are produced by an AI system that summarises articles; they can be incomplete, can omit important context, and can be wrong. Every answer links to the original reporting, and that reporting — not our summary of it — is the authoritative version. Please read it before relying on anything. Delveline is not legal, financial, medical or professional advice of any kind.
When the archive does not support an answer, the service says so rather than guessing. This is intentional. A declined answer means the cited articles did not support a verifiable response — not necessarily that no such reporting exists.
The archive is not ours
Articles in the archive belong to The Gateway Pundit and its writers, and remain their copyright. Delveline summarises and links to them; it does not license them to you. Quotations in answers are short extracts for the purpose of citation. Answers reflect what the archive says, and neither Delveline nor its operator endorses, verifies or adopts the contents of any article.
Your account
You are responsible for the email address you sign in with and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else is using it. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
Cost and usage
- The service is currently free to use. We do not charge for questions and there is no paid subscription.
- To keep the service available to everyone, the number of questions you can ask in a period is limited. A question that is declined or that fails does not count against that limit.
- We may introduce paid plans in future. If we do, we will update these terms and give notice before any charge applies; nothing here obliges you to pay for the service as it stands today.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- access the service by automated means — scripts, scrapers, bots — or attempt to bypass sign-in, rate limits, quotas or bot checks;
- resell access, or share an account beyond ordinary personal use;
- use the service to reconstruct or redistribute the archive in bulk;
- attempt to make the service produce content that is unlawful, or to interfere with its operation;
- probe, scan or test the security of the service without our written permission.
We may rate-limit, suspend or terminate access that breaches this section, and may do so without notice where the service’s availability or cost is at risk.
Availability
We aim to keep Delveline running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features or the service at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to one hundred US dollars, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions taken in reliance on an answer. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Privacy
Our Privacy policy explains what we collect and who processes it — including that your questions are sent to AI providers in order to answer them. Please read it; by using Delveline you accept it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be announced on the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, and the courts located there have exclusive jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
